Am I locked into a Contract?

No, you pay as you go, a month at a time. If you wish to cancel, see ‘How do I cancel my contract?’ below.

Remember, your data belongs to you, and you can download it all at any time you wish.

Do the prices on this page include the WordPress hosting?

The prices on this page are for the back-end Admin area system. This connects to your existing WordPress-powered website using the SmartBroker plugin.

WordPress is free to download and install, and many ISPs include it as standard on their hosting packages. However, if you’d like us to host a WordPress site for you, we’d be happy to oblige – prices start from £9/month*.

I’m thinking of moving from my current system to SmartBroker – can you import my listing data for me?

SmartBroker can import boat data from any OpenMarine feed – and if your old software doesn’t produce these, we’ll work with you to find the most efficient way of moving your listings over.

How do I pay?

You pay month-by-month, and we’ll take the money from your card, or via your PayPal account.

How do I cancel my contract?

You can cancel you contract at any time. Just let us know by phone or email, and we’ll suspend your account on the day you request. We’ll also stop any scheduled monthly payments.

If you cancel your contact in the middle of a payment month, we’ll refund you the balance of your payment, less a £10 administration charge (assuming there’s more than £10 credit in your account).

Of course, we’ll be sad to see you go…

How do I get Smart Broker to work with my existing website?

The primary method of integrating SmartBroker with your site is via the SmartBroker plugin for WordPress. If this doesn’t suit your system, custom integration is also available. Have a look at our integration guide for more details.
